Deposit:

A deposit of $32 per student is due when registering. The deposit will be applied towards your student's tuition. Should your child's class not meet minimum enrollment, the deposit will be returned.

Pricing:

Classes will meet either one or two days per week for 16 weeks.

$8 per student, per one hour class session

$6 per student, per one hour class session for second or more classes

Discount is per student, not per family. For example, if Susie takes a math class that meets twice per week, the cost will be $16 per week. If she also takes an art class that meets once per week, the cost for the second class will be $6 per week.

*Total cost for one 16-week, one hour per week class is $128

*Total cost the 16-week, Advanced Writing class (meets one day per week for 2 hours) is $192 (pro rated)

There will also be a consumable fee assessed depending on the class and size. All efforts will be made to keep the consumable fee reasonable, $20 or less. Consumable fees will be invoiced in the first payment installment.

The registration deadline is Friday, January 13, 2012. Class availability is based on minimum enrollments. Should your student's class not meet minimums, all prepaid fees will be refunded.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made in one lump sum on the first day of class via cash or check.

Families also have the option of paying in 4 monthly installments beginning in January 2012. Installments may be paid via check or PayPal (3.5% surcharge per PayPal transaction).

Please note: All families who register for a class are agreeing to pay for the full 16 weeks of instruction regardless of a student's attendance.
